The shipping emissions are compensated by removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Shopify Planet purchases carbon removal credits and retires them on our behalf. Emissions are calculated based on shipping distance, package weight, and mode of transportation.
Duties & Taxes
No additional customs fees or taxes for shipments within the EU Customs Union.
For shipments to Iceland, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland and United Kingdom orders are delivered duty paid (DDP). All fees, including taxes & customs duties, are already included in the final price you pay at checkout. This means no additional charges upon receipt of your parcel.

Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) to our warehouses in Germany for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The items have to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return.
Please note: You can only return your order for a refund. If you want to exchange your item(s), please place a new order.
The cost of return shipping will need to be covered by you. You can choose to use our return label for a fee of €10.00, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can return your items using a shipping provider of your choice. For customers from the Canary Islands, Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, Formentera, Ceuta, and Melilla, we are currently unable to provide return labels, so please use a shipping service provider of your choice.
If you return all items from your order, we will refund the original shipping costs along with the value of the returned items. For partial returns, the original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that the return shipping costs must be covered by you, regardless of whether all items or only part of the order are being returned.
Duties and taxes charged at checkout are administered by your local customs authority and are therefore not refundable from our side. Customs regulations vary by country, so please make sure to inform yourself about the applicable rules in your country.
Any returned item not in its original condition or packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be applicable only for a partial refund.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, socks whose original packaging and/or plastic tab has been opened or removed (due to hygiene reasons)

You will receive the instructions via email after you have registered your return.
Step 2
Send your clean and undamaged item(s) back to us in the original packaging.
Step 3
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time to receive your refund.
