Looks of admiring comments but they're not as comfortable as my other styles and seem a tiny bit shorter in length and tiny bit narrower too.

However we are even more sorry to hear they’re not quite perfect for you yet. Our material softens a bit as you wear it and gradually adapts to the shape of your foot.

It’s always important to measure your feet and compare the measurements with our size guide, as shoe sizes unfortunately aren’t standardized and can vary between brands.

I'm sorry, I usually like your products, but this one is really not nice.
First, il looks really cheap, as if it were made of plastic.
Second, it's not comfy at all.
Third (linked to "second" though), I ordered the same size as usual, but it doesn't fit... Pretty peculiar for a minimalist shoe...
I have actually returned the shoes and got a refund (but of course I had paid for shipping, so if the size is not consistent from one pair to the other, you basically have to pay to be able to try the shoes on...).
I'm really disappointed because I hate shopping for shoes and I thought I had found my shoe provider...

Combined with a wide toe box, flexible zero-drop sole, and padded heel area, they are designed to provide lightweight and comfortable wear.

We’re sorry to hear that the fit wasn’t perfect for you. We strive to maintain consistency in sizing across our various styles, and we completely understand the frustration when a size you normally wear doesn’t feel quite right. Occasionally, slight variations in the shape of a shoe’s upper may result in differences in feel and fit.

Very comfortable shoe with a classy look. I need the length of a 47, but with it the sizing on the topside of my foot is just a tad too roomy. Maybe a 46 would be a better fit.

Care instructions

How do I clean my faux leather models?

To clean your faux leather model, first remove loose dirt with a dry, soft shoe brush. If necessary, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution. Wipe off any excess product with a damp cloth. Ensure the shoes dry in a well-ventilated area at room temperature after cleaning or if they get wet. Avoid drying near or on a heater, as this can make the faux leather brittle. For prolonged storage, keep the shoes in a well-ventilated, sun-protected area. Our faux leather models are not machine washable.

To maintain, protect, and refresh the color of the faux leather, you can use a faux leather care. Alternatively, you can use a waterproofing spray. The waterproofing spray is not necessary for the Patrol Winter, as this model is already 100% waterproof. With our Chelsea models, however, the use of a waterproofing spray is particularly recommended for the elastic ankle piece. To complete the care routine, lightly spritz the inside of your shoes with an odor-neutralizing spray.
