The Patrol Lite is a classic boot that combines a stylish urban look with all the benefits of barefoot shoes. With its foot-shaped toe box and flexible sole, it supports your natural gait. The luxurious microsuede lining and the exchangeable natural cork insole provide maximum comfort. High-quality soft faux leather and waxed cotton laces add premium character – 100% vegan.

Materials

All materials and dyes tested to EU REACH standards: vegan PU leather (upper + lining inside collar), TPE & TPU (sole), microsuede (inner lining), cork (exchangeable insole), cotton (laces)

Weight per shoe: 397 g / 14.00 oz (Size EU 43), sole thickness: 10 mm / 0.4 in, total stack height incl. exchangeable cork insole: 13 mm / 0.5 in

Care Instructions

Loose dirt is best removed with a dry, soft shoe brush. Then work in a mild cleaning solution with a little water and a clean brush. Remove excess product with a damp cloth. After cleaning, allow to dry at room temperature. To nourish and protect the faux leather as well as to refresh its color, you can also use our faux leather care foam.

The Patrol Lite is not machine washable.

Prefered my old pair.

Hi, i didn't give a review on these straight away as i wanted to give the patrol boots a chance to break in as they seem abit more rigid than the last pair i owned. Especially on the soles which im guessing are thicker than my old pair. Not sure if its because im small and light but i feel like my feet struggle to bend naturally like with my old pair. I don't really feel the ground under my feet aswell, its kind of like walking in welly boots abit. I still have a pair of mesh Feel grounds with the old thinner sole and they're awesome probably wear them more these days than the new patrol boots but the old patrol boots use to be both light flexible and kept my feet dry in the soggy Scottish weather. I didn't have any problems with the old soles wearing out and i walk to work and im on my feet all day in a shop. Not sure if people are scuffing their feet as they walk or they work as a postman or go hillwalking in them. Who knows i guess you can't please everyone, just wish i had kept a hold of my old pair instead of treating myself to a new pair. This is probably what i get for being wastefull or something 😅

Your old pair may have felted more flexible because they were already well broken in after some time of use. New boots can sometimes feel a bit stiffer initially, but they should become more flexible with wear.

Too big

I’m an 8.5 which you don’t carry so opted for 9, they are oddly big and goofy looking on my feet, 8 might have fitted better but I went with the recommendation, however putting them on..is a task, too narrow at the top makes it difficult to slip your foot in, I read a few reviews that pointed this out and now I understand, it’s unfortunate I wanted to like these.

Shoe sizes can vary between brands due to the lack of standardization in the footwear industry. Rather than relying solely on the size you usually wear with another brand, we recommend double-checking our sizing information before ordering, especially if you haven't tried Feelgrounds before. Additionally, we offer a practical size guide PDF that you can download and print to help you determine the right shoe size.

If you haven't returned the shoes yet, we recommend trying the size 9 with additional insoles. These can help fill the shoe better and minimize slipping, especially if you are between sizes.

We understand the challenges with putting on and taking off the boots. To make it easier, we offer two elastic lacing systems called 'Click & Go' and 'Safe & Go.' Good boot overall

Good boot overall, but they look slightly more red in person than I would like. I’ve dirtied them ups bit to get them a little more dark, but it does still have a reddish tint. The boots are comfortable, not sure they’re as comfortable as my Boulder boots yet, but I haven’t worn them in all the way yet(hopefully). Comfort 5/5, Sizing 5/5, Looks 3/5, Dressability 4/5
