Great shoe, straps need reconsidering

Lovely shoe, generally very pleased with them for my two adventurous boys… however, as others have said the length of the straps could be reconsidered. For my son with higher volume feet the strap nearest the ankle only just fastens (not long enough) and for my son with lower volume feet the strap near the ankle also only just fastens (not enough Velcro to make it small enough)! For both, the strap nearest the toe is far too long/big…

We really appreciate your detailed observations about the strap lengths. Our Arcade model is designed to fit true to size and is generally a good match for kids with medium-volume feet. That said, we understand that the strap fit can vary depending on individual foot shapes.

Care instructions

How do I clean my mesh models?

To clean your Mesh model, first remove all loose dirt with a dry, soft shoe brush. If necessary, use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution. Wipe off any excess product with a damp cloth. Ensure the shoes dry at room temperature in a well-ventilated area after cleaning or if they get wet. Finish by lightly spraying the insides of your shoes with an odor-neutralizing spray.

Stubborn stains can be best removed by machine washing. Please use a delicate cold cycle, mild detergent, and a laundry bag. Let the shoes air dry after washing. Keep in mind that frequent machine washing may lead to wear and tear on the colors and materials, so wash your Mesh model only as needed.
