Care instructions

To clean your elastic laces, we recommend separating them from your shoes. Clean by hand with soap and rinse with clean water. Once dry, you can put them back into your Feelgrounds.

How to measure foor volume for laces

I would recommend anyone who, like me, wants to pick the right size of laces first time, (small, medium or large), for their Original Luxe, to search for 'anyasreviews.com', where there are photos to show very clearly the geography of a foot that puts the laces into one of those categories. (I didn't find the Feelgrounds diagram helped me choose).

Tried these with the highrise knit model. They don't work well! Every time I try to pull them on several of the "laces" pop out. (Package only comes with 6 for each foot as well, except the highrise has 8 eyelets on each shoe). I wouldn't trust them to stay in over the long term either. These might work better if they were one continues "lace" instead of individual bands.

We are sorry to hear that you have problems with our elastic laces.

Unfortunately, they are not suitable for the Highrise models, because as you have already mentioned, it is hardly possible to get into the shoe when the laces are attached.

In our product description, we state that the elastic laces are suitable for all our Original models.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) to our warehouses in Germany for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The items have to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return.

Extended return period for the holidays
Items purchased at the Feelgrounds Online Store that are received between November 15, 2021 and December 31, 2021, may be returned through January 31, 2022. Please note that the items have to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return and that all other terms and conditions provided in the Feelgrounds Refund Policy are still applicable.

Please note: You can only return your order for a refund. If you want to exchange your item(s), please place a new order.

You will be responsible for the cost of your return. Most countries have the option to use our prepaid returns label for a fee of €10.00 (which will be deducted from your refund) or you can use a shipping provider of your choice.

If you decide to return all of the ordered products, we will refund the standard shipping costs along with the value of the returned product(s). If you go for a partial return, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Any returned item not in its original condition or packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be applicable only for a partial refund.

Our return warehouse is located in Germany. The return address will be visible in the returns portal after registering your return.

Send your clean and undamaged item(s) back to us in the original packaging.

Step 3
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time to receive your refund.

For customers from certain countries, there is the possibility to get a (partial) refund of the paid return shipping cost from PayPal, when the order has been paid via PayPal. Learn more.
