Care Instructions

To clean your Original Luxe remove all loose dirt with a soft shoe brush. If necessary, go in with a clean, soft brush to apply some lukewarm water and a mild cleaning solution. Wipe any excess product with a moist cloth. Air dry at room temperature after cleaning or when the shoes got wet.

The Original Luxe is not machine washable.

Note: The shoes are not suitable for activities that cause a lot of friction on the sole, as this can damage the soft sole.

Just okay

I wish it had been made clear that the shoes do not come with insoles. I get that other insoles are offered but I thought they were swap-out options. The shoes come up too high on the top of my foot which makes them uncomfortable for longer wearing. I like the look of the shoe and overall will keep them but for the price I paid I wish I was totally in love.

We're very sorry for the misunderstanding!

All our shoes come without removable insoles except when explicitly mentioned otherwise in our product description and product pictures, as for example with our Patrol boot models.

We're glad to hear that you're otherwise happy with your Original Luxe.

Feel free to separately order a pair of insoles anytime from our shop or check out your local supermarkets or shoe stores for some insoles if that is more convenient for you.
When buying non-Feelgrounds insoles please be aware that you might need to cut them a little to make them fit the Feelgrounds shoe shape. Therefore, when buying non-Feelgrounds insoles it's better to buy them bigger than your actual shoe size so you have more excess material to play around with when shaping them.

Había usado zapatos barefoot de otras marcas, pero hasta el momento solo para hacer ejercicio e ir al gym; necesitaba unos para salir con un outfit casual, así que después de buscar por bastante tiempo encontré estos y siento que acerté, son muy flexibles, amplios, de buena calidad en sus acabados. Pedí un par hasta Colombia y llegaron sin problema y los usé incluso en mi matrimonio y ahora uso los blancos y los negros casi a diario para distintas ocasiones, son excelentes.

Como observación a la marca, sería ideal que ampliaran la gamma de colores, incluyendo marrón, azul oscuro, rojos, cafes, etc!

Waiting for Summer to see how they perform

I cannot give a true rating yet, as I'm not going to try out the white Luxe until early summer. They appear to be well made, but the size of my feet will increase in warmer weather, and probably then fit the Luxe properly. I've chosen the size on that basis. My only nightmare, judging from my previous experience, could be in returning the larger pair I also bought, in order to compare. That's not down to Feelgrounds, it's down to the huge mistake of Brexit and consequent paperwork required from the UK :((

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) to our warehouses in Germany for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The items have to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return.

Extended return period for the holidays
Items purchased at the Feelgrounds Online Store that are received between November 15, 2021 and December 31, 2021, may be returned through January 31, 2022. Please note that the items have to be unworn/unused to be eligible for a return and that all other terms and conditions provided in the Feelgrounds Refund Policy are still applicable.

Please note: You can only return your order for a refund. If you want to exchange your item(s), please place a new order.

You will be responsible for the cost of your return. Most countries have the option to use our prepaid returns label for a fee of €10.00 (which will be deducted from your refund) or you can use a shipping provider of your choice.

If you decide to return all of the ordered products, we will refund the standard shipping costs along with the value of the returned product(s). If you go for a partial return, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Any returned item not in its original condition or packaging, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be applicable only for a partial refund.
